Manager, Neurodiagnostic Services
Working Manager | 60% Administrative / 40% Clinical
The Company is hiring working Neurodiagnostic Managers to lead EEG/EMU and EMG/Autonomic service lines. These roles combine hands-on clinical work with operational leadership and team development.
Each manager will oversee approximately 15 direct reports and will require call coverage.

What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations and staffing across assigned service lines
Support long-term video EEG, EMU, EMG, autonomic testing, and advanced procedures
Ensure quality, compliance, and regulatory standards
Manage budgets, workflows, and performance improvement initiatives
Develop, mentor, and retain high-performing teams
Salary
- Hourly: $43.94 – $68.10
- Midpoint: $56.02
- Sign-On Bonus: Based on qualifications
